About Our Lenses


HOW LONG DO MY CONTACT LENSES LAST?

Our contact lenses last 12 months once the seal is broken. We recommend making note of the date you first use it in order to ensure you can recall the expiry. 

DO YOU HAVE PRESCRIPTION LENSES?

Unfortunately, we do not currently stock any prescription lenses. 

 


Order Enquiries 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders placed before midnight are dispatched the following day. If you choose the standard delivery you should receive your order anywhere between 3-4 working days. We also offer Next Day Delivery which is 1-2 working days

 

MY ORDER IS LOST, WHAT DO I DO?

If your order has not arrived yet - Don’t hesitate to contact us and we can help resolve the issue. We do tracked delivery for all of our orders to prevent missing parcels. Of course, mistakes do happen so if your order is lost we will send out your order again! (Subject to availability) 

 

CAN I RETURN & REFUND MY ORDER?

Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on earrings and contact lenses. However, in regards to our bracelets, necklaces and rings if you are unsatisfied this should be communicated within 48hours of receiving your product.  

 

Payment

CAN I PAY BY BANK TRANSFER?

If for some reason the payment method chosen does not work or there are any issues, you may contact us via email (BijouterieLounge@outlook.co.uk) or DM us on Instagram (@BijouterieLounge) and we will help find a suitable solution. 

CAN I RESERVE ITEM/s?

We understand that some of us have important things to prioritise that’s why we are happy to hold items for our customers. However, we do require a 50% refundable deposit which allows us to hold the item/s for 14 days. If after the 14 days you choose to decline the items we will refund the deposit. We dispatch your order once we receive the rest of the payment.
